Coaching sessionsThe Thursday coaching sessions are organised by Sheila and Keith McVeigh. These sessions are primarily aimed at speed work, hill work or building towards a distance. Watch this page for changes in venue - speed sessions are usually held at the Copeland Athletic Track at Whitehaven (usually 18:30 start), but we meet at other venues depending on the session that Sheila & Keith have planned. Check with Sheila and Keith for more information, and to confirm time and venue.
We are now back on the track on Thursday nights. Everyone welcome to come along - non-members also. Training provided for your current level of fitness with suitable progression. Keep yourself motivated over the winter months by joining us in the freezing cold, wind and rain. Training will remain on the track for the rest of the year. Any change of venue will be advised via this site.
